Cancelation Policy

If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours so that we have time to book the next person waiting. If you fail to show for your appointment and/or fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we will send an invoice for $25. A cancellation fee may or will be applied to a rescheduled appointment. If you pre-paid or deposit for your services, your No-Show or failure to call and cancel within 24 hours, will be treated as an appointment. If you are using a Groupon you must schedule via email or text so a card can be put on file.
